At OMTech, we stand behind the precision and quality of our laser engraving equipment and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the device in its original crate or box with all included accessories, manuals, and software to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
